• Shopmobility
  Shopmobility provides manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters to make it easier for anyone with a disability to get around the city centre. The office is located on the ground floor of the Princesshay car park. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm. Please telephone: 01392 494001
• Toilets
  The entrance to the Princesshay underground public toilets can be found in Catherine Square. Baby changing facilities and facilities for people with a disability are located on the ground floor of St Stephen’s House at 9 Catherine Square.
• Touch Screens
  There are four touch screens located throughout Princesshay allowing customers to browse shops on the interactive store directory, view event listings, keep up to date on special retailer offers and promotions, and obtain details of the latest public transport information.
• Lost Child
  If you find a lost child, or become separated from your own child, please call the Princesshay security team on 01392 456548.
• Lost Property
  If you find an item of lost property, or lose one of your possessions, within the public areas of Princesshay please call the Princesshay security team on 01392 456548. If you find or lose an item in a shop or restaurant please talk to a member of staff in the shop or restaurant.
