• Shopmobility
  Shopmobility provides manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters to make it easier for anyone with a disability to get around the city centre. The office is located on the ground floor of the Princesshay car park. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm. • Toilets
  The entrance to the Princesshay underground public toilets can be found in Catherine Square. Baby changing facilities and facilities for people with a disability including a new adult changing facility are located on the ground floor of St Stephen’s House at 9 Catherine Square.
• If you find a lost child, or become separated from your own child, please call the Princesshay security team on 01392 456548. Princesshay has a lost child scheme called 'Little Shoppers Stay Safe'. If you would like to obtain a Stay Safe wristband for your child, please visit the Visitor Information and Tickets office in Dix's Field. All you need to do is make sure your child is wearing the wristband when you are shopping in Princesshay. Then show your child how to find the bear. You will find several of the shops and restaurants in Princesshay displaying window stickers featuring the Little Shopper Bear. If your child is lost, he or she should go to one of the stores or restaurants displaying the stickers and wait next to the bear. Please call the Princesshay security team on 01392 456548, who will then help you find your child by visiting the stores and restaurants displaying the Little Shopper Bears. 
• Lost Property
  If you find an item of lost property, or lose one of your possessions, within the public areas of Princesshay please call the Princesshay security team on 01392 456548. If you find or lose an item in a shop or restaurant please talk to a member of staff in the shop or restaurant.
