Super Summer Sundays

Enjoy a family day out every Sunday in the award-winning Princesshay Quarter where children can take part in a series of free activities throughout the summer holidays from toy making and arts and crafts to junk percussion workshops!

Every Sunday for four weeks, beginning on 27th July, children and families will have the opportunity to participate in a whole host of ‘Super Summer Sunday’ events, supported by Gemini FM, as well as enjoying special promotions and meal deals at the 60 exclusive stores and exciting restaurants.

The programme of free events will take place at the Southernhay end of Bedford Street, outside Neal’s Yard Remedies from 11am – 3pm each Sunday.

Activities include:
o Bob and Bob Jobbins Toymaking workshops tailored to a different theme each week including pirates, princesses’ superheroes and bugs and butterflies
o Big Beat Junk Percussion events where children can take part in a fun workshop during the day, culminating in a celebratory performance to parents and peers
o Makendoo - Arts and crafts activities encouraging children to embrace their creative sides, making banners, masks and hats which will form a visual spectacular for all to enjoy
o Circus Berzercus a chance to learn some unique performance skills and new party tricks
