This year, Princesshay shopping quarter in Exeter is pulling out all the stops to entertain visitors and shoppers with magical entertainment, festive music and spectacular Christmas trees and lights.

The dazzling lights will sparkle throughout the shopping quarter from Tuesday 18th November when the whole city becomes illuminated for the festive period with an official event on the High Street from 5.30pm, featuring special guest Robin Cousins MBE. An entertaining and enthralling show will follow in Princesshay Square at 6.30pm with the famous Gandini jugglers and their exciting and adventurous light show. Watch in awe as a series of multi coloured balls and clubs flash through the air in spirographic patterns performed to upbeat music.

New for this year is the amazing Christmas animatronics show located in Roman Walk, next to Rose Opticians. Bring the whole family to see Frosty the Snowman and his friends the penguins perform in a winter wonderland show every day from 22nd November – 24th December, including late night shopping on Thursdays. Follow the giant snowflake trail through Bedford Street and Princesshay and discover Frosty’s winter wonderland along the way!

Not only will visitors to Princesshay find all their favourite big brand retailers and family friendly cafes and restaurants, but every Sunday from 30th November – 21st December the shopping quarter will come alive with spectacular world class street entertainment including magic, music, stilt walking and comedy for the whole family to enjoy.
