Andrew Millington, Director of Music for Exeter Cathedral said, “This was a fantastic opportunity for Freddie and gave him the chance to experience behind the scenes of a professional recording studio. I think it’s great that Princesshay chose to use local talent from the city of Exeter to feature in their Christmas campaign.”

The new and unique shopping quarter located in the heart of Exeter will be entertaining shoppers throughout the Christmas period with magical festive events, sparkling lights and glittering Christmas trees.

Starting this Thursday 15th November, visitors to Princesshay can soak up the festive atmosphere until 9pm with late night shopping every Thursday. There is also street entertainment from 22nd November, every Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Sundays, between 12pm and 3pm.

Emma McLeod, Princesshay Marketing Manager said, “We were delighted that Freddie agreed to participate in our Christmas campaign. We were very keen for a local chorister to be involved, given the Cathedral’s excellent reputation for music and it’s close proximity to the new Princesshay Quarter. Freddie is a very talented local musician and singer and was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Now as we start to embrace the festive spirit and rapidly approach Christmas, we hope visitors and shoppers will take advantage of Princesshay’s late night shopping until 9pm, starting this Thursday.”
